We were picked up at the airport by Candelario. Very nice, polite, and respectful driver. Took us to our destination on a van. Even offered us a drink. Consistently Excellent and Reliable Service
I have used this company on my previous trips to Cancun. This time I scheduled 3 transfers and then another after I arrived. With each transfer they were there waiting a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time which was great when my flight landed early. They were easy to find. However be careful as you walk the gauntlet out of the airport, there are several timeshare sellers that try to talk to you and tell you that to find Bekare you need to come with them. Don't do it! Just tell them no thank you and keep walking. I also used this company for my transfers outside of Cancun City. They were consistently early. The vehicles were very clean and their driving skills were incredible! I also had to change a pickup time on a prepaid pickup and that was easily done! Could not have had a better experience
Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! There are two reasons for that: They wait for you outside the airport and you do not have to WAIT, as it is usually the case with the competition. Moreover, I scheduled my return to the US and with that, I needed my hotel pick up two days earlier. I failed to advice them about the change, and called them on the morning of my departure. To my surprise, they were able to accommodate me and picked me up at the hotel within an hour of the call!!!!! That is commitment to the customer and service!!! Fully recommend them!!! [Read more]
