Our rates are cheaper than the ones offered at the airport. We don't have to pay expensive parking fees and airport office rent, which allows us to offer lower fares and superior service.

3. How long has your company operated?

Our company has been operating for over 18 years and has provided over six years of reliable, inexpensive and "on-time" shuttle and tour service.

4. Is it safe to travel with you?

Yes, it is perfectly safe to travel with us. We have a strict recruitment policy and all of our vehicles are subject to strict control maintained to ensure quality service.

5. How do I make a reservation?

To make a reservation, simply visit our website and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirmation number and payment instructions by return email.

6. Are you allowed to operate this service at the airport?

Yes, we are allowed to operate this service at the airport. We have permits to operate in the three terminals and all of our vehicles have identification attached that says "Pre-Contract."

7. Can I select the type of vehicle for my service?

No, we assign the vehicle depending on the number of passengers and availability. If you require a vehicle in particular, please request a quote.

8. After I arrive in Cancun or Rivera Maya is it necessary to call and reconfirm my reservation?

No, it is not necessary to call and reconfirm your reservation. If you have a confirmed service and have the coupon return, we have a strict schedule via internet mail service which monitors its service until it is completed. However, if you want to call, the electronic ticket that was sent to order your service is the number to call.

9. I will travel to Cancun in the next 6 months. Can I make my reservation now?

Yes, you can make your reservation now if you have your flight itinerary and hotel confirmation. We can accept bookings up to 24 months in advance.

10. Do you have child seats?

Yes, we have child seats available upon request.

11. How to locate the representative?

Our representative will be waiting for you at the airport departure gate, carrying a banner with the logo of our company.

12. Can I pay by credit card?

es, you can pay by credit card online. We also accept cash payments to the driver upon arrival.

13. I rather pay for my service in Cancun, can I do that?

Yes, you can pay upon arrival in Cancun. However, a prior deposit of 25% is required.

14. Is the driver gratuity included in their published rates?

No, tipping is not included, this is optional depending on the service you receive from the driver. All fees are included in the transportation service, taxes, exit fees at the airport vehicle and insurance.

15. Do you rent your cars for private services by hours or for private excursions?

Yes, we rent our cars for private services by hours or for private excursions. To use this service, please send a quote request in advance.

16. Do you have vehicles to transport disable people?

Yes, we have vehicles to transport disable people. However, these vehicles must be applied for and equipped for that purpose.

17. What if I have a confirmed reservation and my flight is delayed?

Our representative constantly monitors flights and will know if your flight has a delay and will be waiting for you in the departure area.

18. Can I cancel my reservation any time?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation any time. However, cancellations need to be at least 24 hours before the service to be reimbursable. Cancellations made the same day will not be refunded.
